Tanggungjawab

Requirement:

  • Willing to grow with the company.
  • Must have driving license

Customer Service Duties:

  • Required Drive and deliver car to clients, Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in.
  • Manage rental bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Follow up with customers on reservations, payments, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with drivers for vehicle delivery and collection.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Benefits

  • Overtime salary and allowance provided. (DIRECT PROVIDE EPF SOCSO In first month start work)
  • 5.5 working days per week.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
