We’re Hiring: Sales Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team, build strong customer relationships and help achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations.
• Monitor sales performance and guide the team towards achieving targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably with experience supervising a team.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to motivate a team and work towards sales targets.
