Job Overview :

To support the FCL Pricing Department in managing daily pricing activities, obtaining competitive freight rates from shipping lines and vendors, and providing timely and accurate quotations to the Sales Team and overseas branches. The position aims to improve pricing efficiency, support business development, and contribute to the growth of FCL shipment volume.

Job Descriptions:

• Obtain and negotiate FCL freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCC and vendors.
• Prepare and provide freight quotations for the Sales Team and overseas branches.
• Maintain and update freight rates in the pricing system to ensure accuracy and validity.
• Monitor freight market trends, carrier rate changes, and space availability.
• Follow up rate inquiries and ensure quotations are submitted within the required timeline.
• Maintain proper pricing records and assist in preparing pricing reports and market updates.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of FCL pricing processes and systems.

Requirements:-

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics will be an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
