Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant - Customer Service (Ecommerce), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di SUNWAY MULTICARE PHARMACY Selangor - Maukerja

This role is responsible for providing customer service and operational support across e-commerce platforms, including customer enquiries, marketplace disputes and appeals, returned parcel management, product listing, and expiry checks, to ensure timely customer support, accurate product information, and smooth e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Customer Service

• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries via Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and the official ************* website chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, promotions, refunds, returns and other customer enquiries.

2. Marketplace Dispute & Appeal Management

• Submit and follow up on marketplace disputes related to orders, returns, refunds, delivery issues and other relevant cases.
• Prepare and submit appeals for marketplace penalty points where applicable.

3. Returned Parcel Management

• Monitor returned parcels across all marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate with the relevant warehouse/operations team to ensure returned parcels are received and processed accordingly.
• Check the condition and quantity of returned items against the relevant order details.
• Follow up on discrepancies, missing items or damaged products.
• Ensure refunds, replacements or other necessary actions are followed up within the required timeline.

4. Product Listing & Uploading

• Upload and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and *************
• Ensure product information, descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, SKU, stock availability and other relevant information are accurate and up to date.

5. Product Expiry Check

• Conduct monthly expiry checks for e-commerce inventory/products.

6. General E-commerce Operations

• Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail when handling orders and product checking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
