• Education: Degree and above in any relevant field.

• Experience:1 to 3 years of sales/business development experience in Printing, Packaging, or Manufacturing (Must possess technical knowledge/experience in printing processes and materials).

• Transport: Must possess own transport (car) with a valid driving license, and be willing to travel

• Sales Mindset: High initiative, results-driven, and confident in prospecting and opening new accounts from scratch (Hunter profile).

• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

1. Sales Development & Business Growth

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across target local and overseas markets.

• Develop effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the main liaison for customer enquiries, requirements, and long-term relationship building.

• Conduct regular site visits nationwide to understand customer needs and identify business potential.

3. Quotation & Order Management

• Prepare detailed quotations based on customer specifications and company pricing guidelines.

• Process customer orders and ensure specifications are clearly communicated internally.

4. Technical & Product Advice

• Consult clients on suitable printing processes, packaging solutions, and material selections.

• Translate customer technical needs into clear production requirements.

5. Internal Coordination & Operational Support

• Liaise with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and top product quality.

• Address and investigate customer complaints promptly, coordinating corrective actions to safeguard client satisfaction.

6. Market Intelligence & Credit Control

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Monitor customer payment statuses and assist Finance with overdue collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
