Sepenuh Masa Accounts Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in ADZ Direct Sdn Bhd Shah Alam - Maukerja

Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in accountancy / professional certificates or equivalent

The candidate should be independent and work with minimum supervision

Language communications: Chinese, English and Malay

At least two (2) years working experience in related field is required

Preferable with relevant financial / accounting rules and regulations in Malaysia

Manage the administration and daily operations of accounting department

Handle full set of accounts and general accounting duties

Prepare monthly finance statement

Ensure proper account document are filed and maintained properly

Preparing and managing accounting records and duties are updated accurately, correctly and promptly into the system

Responsible for timely submission for all statutory reports

Preparation of aging reports, reconciliation of bank statement and monitoring of collections and payments

To liaise with auditors, banker, secretary and tax agents

Submit and monitor einvoicing process

Handle monthly retailing outlets stock take

Knowledge in IRS POS / SQL accounting system if any

Perform ad-hoc & other related duties as required by the supervisor
