Senior HR Executive (MNC)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established multinational organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage the end-to-end HR functions. You will support full-cycle talent acquisition, manage employee relations, administer compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with department heads, and executing seamless onboarding and induction programs.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, handle grievance redressal, and design activities to improve workplace culture and retention.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Support monthly payroll processing, track attendance and leaves, and administer employee benefits, health insurance, and statutory contributions.
• Policy & Compliance: Implement and update HR policies, ensure adherence to local labor legislation, and manage documentation for confirmations, promotions, and exits.
• HRIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generating regular HR metrics and turnover reports.
• Performance & Training: Assist with performance review cycles and help identify or coordinate employee training and development needs.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of HR experience, including 5 or more years in a senior HR leadership role
• Practical, solutions-focused and comfortable working onsite.
• Good command of English with strong interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude with a proactive personality.
