Ambang Angkasa Sdn. Bhd. (AASB) provides business technology solutions to organisations across Malaysia. These include Sharp multifunction printers (MFP), Sharp interactive flat panels (IFP), and office and document workflow solutions.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on content creator to manage AASB’s social media. You’ll plan, shoot, edit, design and publish content that business customers trust, using our real products, real installations and real people.

What You’ll Do

• Manage AASB’s Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Plan and run a monthly content calendar
• Produce short-form videos, such as product demos, feature walkthroughs, office tips and behind-the-scenes content
• Cover customer installations, company events, exhibitions, roadshows and product launches
• Design social media graphics and marketing materials in Canva, following the AASB Brand Kit
• Write captions and scripts in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Schedule approved content and reply to basic comments and enquiries
• Pass sales leads from social media to the Sales team
• Track performance and prepare monthly reports
• Keep an organised library of photos, videos and design files
• Work with the Sales and Technical teams to make sure product content is accurate

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio is compulsory. Please include links to your videos, designs or social media work. This is the main thing we will assess
• Proficient in CapCut and Canva. Adobe Premiere Pro / Photoshop is a plus
• Able to handle cameras, smartphones, mics, gimbals and lighting
• Good written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to explain technical products in simple language
• Comfortable on camera is a plus
• Organised and proactive, and able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to travel to customer sites and events. Own transport preferred
