MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Develop fresh, creative and innovative marketing ideas to make NUUHA Beauty go viral.
• Plan and execute viral marketing campaigns, creative brand activations and promotional activities.
• Identify trending topics, viral content and social media trends, especially on TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms.
• Brainstorm unique marketing strategies that attract attention, generate buzz and increase brand awareness.
• Create engaging campaign concepts, challenges, publicity stunts and interactive marketing activities.
• Work closely with the content, creative and social media teams to turn ideas into viral content.
• Plan influencer, KOL and brand collaborations to maximise campaign exposure.
• Monitor competitors, beauty industry trends and consumer behaviour to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Execute both online and offline marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach and conversions to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Advertising or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, branding or campaign planning is preferred.
• Highly creative, proactive and always full of fresh marketing ideas.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, viral marketing and social media culture.
• Able to transform creative ideas into actionable marketing campaigns.
• Confident in pitching ideas and presenting marketing strategies.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about beauty, skincare and digital marketing.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
