• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Creative Media, Film, Digital Media or a related field is an advantage.

• Experience in content creation, videography, video editing or a similar role will be an advantage.

• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software.

• Good understanding of short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Job Description :

• Plan monthly content calendars, viral ideas, scripts, and video schedules for TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Conduct daily video and photo shoots at the center covering classes, tutor tips, student activities, and campaigns.

• Accompany the Manager to external client meetings, school roadshows, and briefings to record documentation and BTS footage.

• Set up and handle camera/phone setups, portable lighting, and wireless mics for clear audio and visuals.

• Direct and guide tutors, students, and staff on camera to ensure natural, confident delivery.

• Edit fast-paced vertical videos using CapCut or Premiere Pro with engaging captions, music, and trend-aligned hooks.

• Maintain, charge, and pack all shooting equipment for daily studio and outdoor field shoots.

• Perform other ad-hoc videography, photography, and marketing tasks as instructed by the management
