About the Role:

Develop, enhance, and maintain Odoo ERP functionalities, financial dashboards, and automation solutions to improve Finance operations, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.

Working closely with the Finance team, this role translates business requirements into practical technical solutions, reduces manual work, and strengthens data visibility to support better financial decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Odoo ERP Development & Enhancement

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules and functionalities, particularly those supporting Finance operations.
• Translate finance requirements into system enhancements, configurations, and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve bugs, and improve ERP performance and reliability.
• Support Odoo integrations with other business systems to ensure accurate and consistent data flow.

2. Financial Dashboard & Reporting Development

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive financial dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Automate financial data extraction, consolidation, and reporting from Odoo and other relevant systems.
• Work with Finance stakeholders to define reporting requirements, financial KPIs, and dashboard functionalities.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for financial analysis and decision-making.

3. Finance Process Automation & Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive Finance & Accounting processes.
• Develop automation tools, scripts, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce human errors.
• Support improvements in financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and month-end reporting.
• Integrate Odoo with relevant business applications, including Lark and other internal tools, where required.

4. System Integration & Data Management

• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Support database management, data validation, and troubleshooting of data-related issues.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability across financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Maintain proper technical documentation, version control, and testing procedures.

5. Collaboration & System Support

• Partner closely with Finance users to understand operational challenges and recommend system improvements.
• Collaborate with BTI, external vendors, and relevant departments on system enhancements and integrations.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user guidance for finance-related systems.
• Support system upgrades, testing, implementation, and continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in software development, ERP development, or business systems automation.

- Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.

- Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development, customization, or implementation is strongly preferred.

- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of API development, system integration, and database management.

- Familiarity with financial processes such as AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, or financial reporting is an advantage.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with both finance and technical stakeholders.
