Possess relevant experience in operating a backhoe.

Hold a valid operator licence or competency certificate, where required.

Have basic knowledge of backhoe operation, maintenance, and site safety.

Able to follow instructions and work effectively with the site team.

Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Operate the backhoe for excavation, trenching, earthmoving, backfilling, and other construction works.

Carry out work according to site instructions, project requirements, and safety procedures.

Conduct daily inspections and ensure the backhoe is in good working condition.

Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and report any defects, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements.

Ensure safe operation of the backhoe and comply with site safety rules and PPE requirements.

Coordinate with the Site Supervisor or Site Manager to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
