What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
- Help with bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable tracking
- Maintain and update financial records and databases accurately
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and standard accounting procedures
- Assist the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative support as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently enrolled Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn accounting systems/software (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Type: Internship
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
