SKINTIFIC is seeking a creative Content Creator to join our team to help craft impactful content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging storytelling across various platforms that support our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a mix of creativity, strong communication skills, and an understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
Job Description:
1. Content Creation & Direction
- Plan, script, and storyboard engaging video content tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Collaborate closely with the video team to direct shoots and ensure the final output aligns with brand tone and creative objectives.
- Review first cuts of edited videos and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality and viewer engagement.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop actionable reports and insights, presenting recommendations to refine and evolve the content strategy.
3. Trend Research & Integration
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific trends, formats, memes, and relevant cultural moments.
- Curate and distribute trending content via the Digital Management System (DMS) for team inspiration and reference.
- Seamlessly integrate relevant trends into the content strategy to boost engagement and reach.
4. Content Optimization
- Enhance video content for maximum visibility and interaction, in line with each platform’s algorithm.
- Leverage metadata, post timing, and other performance drivers to improve content results.
5. PUGC Management (Professionally User-Generated Content)
- Support the creation of high-performing, authentic, user-style content.
- Ensure all PUGC aligns with brand standards and meets overall content quality expectations.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to broader creative initiatives and company projects as needed.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, collaborative meetings, and creative reviews.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer management, or campaign strategy (preferably within beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer trends, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency.
- Proficient in campaign analytics and performance evaluation.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
