We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the receptionist will play a key role in providing a positive first impression of our company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and should be able to handle a fast-paced work environment while multitasking effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
Associate’s Degree in Information Technology are welcome (employee may need to do some basic computerization & installation).
Proficiency in English
Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Have administrative experience is an added advantage.
Have experience in using Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
