This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Kelang. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, in addition to preparing financial reports and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing financial risks, optimizing company assets, and improving operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to align financial strategies with company objectives. The Finance Manager will also supervise financial policies and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience in financial risk management, cost control, and optimizing financial assets
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit requirements
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-department collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or relevant certification is a plus
• Prior experience in industries such as technology, healthcare, or oil & gas is a benefit
