Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Derivatives Trader, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. As a Derivatives Trader, you will be responsible for executing trading strategies, managing trades in derivatives markets, and implementing effective hedging strategies. The role also includes monitoring market trends in commodity and futures markets, analyzing data, and making real-time trading decisions to maximize profitability while minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Trading Strategies and practical experience in Trading
• Experience with Hedging techniques and risk management practices
• Familiarity with Commodity Markets and Futures Trading operations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions in dynamic market environments
• Proficiency in using trading platforms and relevant market analysis tools
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is advantageous
