Role Description

This role for a BIM Modeler located in Kuantan. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, managing, and reviewing Building Information Models (BIM) across various architectural and engineering projects. The position involves collaborating with project teams to ensuring accuracy in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) integration, and supporting related architecture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in using REVIT software
• Solid understanding of Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical and Structure Drawings
• Experience with Mechanical Electrical and Structure Drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in measured drawing and laser scanning projects is a plus
