Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Project Coordinator will manage and support multiple healthcare digital and communication projects. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, liaising with clients, assisting in resource allocation, and maintaining clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders. The role involves maintaining detailed project documentation and ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications
  • Project Coordination and Management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Documentation, Reporting, and Organizational Management
  • Healthcare Knowledge or background in Medical Communications and understanding of therapeutic areas is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with strong Problem-Solving and Time Management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in digital tools and project management software is a plus
  • Ability to excel in an on-site team environment in WP, Kuala Lumpur
