- Attend to on-site technical complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and identify issues on-site, providing both immediate (temporary) solutions and long-term corrective actions through structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Prepare, maintain, and manage proper documentation (physical and digital) for all work processes, including but not limited to site reports, investigation findings, schedules, and delivery orders (DO).
- Provide clear, accurate, and cost-effective feedback to management to support informed decision-making.
- Drive and ensure solutions are properly engineered, implemented, and monitored for effectiveness.
- Continuously improve daily tasks and processes to enhance work quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with team members, suppliers and customers by sharing findings and contributing to problem-solving and improvement initiatives.
- To do the necessary and implement MyHIJAU (or similar Environmental certifications) for the company and its products.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
