The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the seamless execution of administrative and operational tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The role may also involve collaborating across departments to optimize efficiency and drive organizational growth.

• Proficiency in planning, strategy development, and operational coordination
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Technical proficiency in reporting tools and software relevant to operations management
• Adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Proven experience in healthcare management, general operations, or a related field is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines
