About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern Business Administration to join our team at AYS Ventures Berhad in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will gain valuable experience in a wide range of administrative and business support functions.

What you'll be doing

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the business, including document management, data entry, and filing
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and support teams to follow up on order processing and delivery status.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the team

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges
