We are looking for a responsible and organised Admin Assistant to join our team immediately.

Job Scope:

  • Handle daily admin tasks and filing
  • Key in data and update records
  • Prepare invoices and documents
  • Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp
  • Assist with stock and order arrangements
  • Support daily office operations

Requirements:

  • Admin experience is an advantage
  • Responsible, punctual and disciplined
  • Able to work independently
  • Fast learner and proactive
  • Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: From RM1,800 (depending on experience)
  • 3 months probation
  • Friendly working environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
