Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Documentation Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting our sales team, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of documentation for logistics and trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and review all necessary shipping and logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards for documentation and shipping processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems to track customer interactions and shipments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in sales support, or logistics documentation.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of logistics or freight documentation is an added advantage.
