Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a detail- oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. You’ll handle daily office operations and support The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience, preferable from a construction field and be proficient in preparing accounts using accounting software.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, ACCA or equivalent in a relevant field.

- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting field.

- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Familiar with SQL accounting software and accounting standard.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Able to work independently.

- Experienced in CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY is an advantage.

What you’ll do:

- To handle accounting daily work such as maintain company’s accounting record, verify and process daily office/site claim, filing and payments.

- Manage account payable, account receivable, payment, banking operation and manage bank accounts.

- Liaise with internal teams and external parties when required.

- Monitoring payment schedule and ensure sufficient liquidity.

- Record bank transactions accurately in system.

- Liaise with bank on transaction or account issue.

- Prepare documentation for audit, tax filings and regulatory compliance.

- Support in Payroll advice.

- Liaise with customer, supplier or subcon on account processing

- Maintain a fixed assets register.

- Prepare statutory financial statements, tax and SST.

- To submit management report as per dateline.

- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
