Administrative Assistant (Bukit Minyak Plant)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and support business documentation, reports, presentations, and administrative coordination.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Coordinate administrative operations including office resources, logistics, and expense management.
  • Support onboarding and HR administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform general administrative support and office coordination duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
