Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join Hun Sing Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd. This role involves handling various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and staff welfare to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Coordinate new staff onboarding, prepare offer and confirmation letters, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain updated records of employee positions and manpower planning.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, feedback, and workplace issues.
  • Support management in handling disciplinary actions and counselling sessions.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work environment.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor and verify daily attendance records.
  • Manage leave applications and update the HR system accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

Payroll Coordination

  • Assist in the preparation and checking of monthly payroll.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in salary data and deductions.

Staff Welfare & Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate company events, training, and staff activities.
  • Manage staff benefits, medical claims, and welfare programs.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure HR practices comply with the Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
  • Maintain proper HR documentation, filing systems, and employee records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1years of working experience in HR.
  • Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in doing handbooks and implement it.

Qualifications

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Minimum education: Degree (preferred).
  • Prior experience in Human Resources.
