Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quality Control Inspector, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Fabricon Manufacturing Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibility

1. CMM Operation:

• Set up and operate Coordinate-Measuring Machines to inspect and measure precision components.

• Develop and implement CMM programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure accurate measurements.

2. Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts using CMM equipment.

• Analyse and interpret CMM measurement data to verify conformity to design specifications.

• Perform QC work by conducting various quality control inspections in accordance to various quality assurance procedures.

• Monitor & ensure fabricators and suppliers comply to and meet the requirements of quality procedures.

• Planning, organizing and conducting quality control inspections of receiving incoming raw materials and parts/components.

• Conduct and monitor Visual / Welding Inspections, Dimensional Inspections and other QC activities as required by the projects.

3. Continuous Improvement:

• Define Corrective Action Request in responding to customer complaints.

• Assist QA Engineer & QC Supervisor in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)

• Support the QA Engineer & QC Supervisor to ensure that products and processes comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).

Requirements

• Minimum SPM with credits in BM, English & Mathematics.

• Candidates with CSWIP/AWS certification are preferred. Candidates with a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent would have an added advantage.

• Candidates with experiences in operating CMM machine will be prioritised.

• Minimum 2 years related working experience in fabrication/welding work. Knowledge of industrial process plant and equipment fabrication and installation would be an added advantage.
