Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented TikTok Content Creator Intern to join our growing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in planning, producing, and editing engaging short-form video content that aligns with brand identity and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, shooting, and editing TikTok short videos with creativity and strong execution.
  • Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral formats, and user behavior to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Support basic post-production editing including cuts, subtitles, background music, transitions, and effects using editing software.
  • Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
  • Assist in monitoring video performance and engagement metrics for content improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support TikTok campaigns and marketing objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas.

Essential Requirements:

  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing.
  • Familiar with TikTok trends, social media content, and short-form video styles.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Able to manage tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Students or fresh graduates in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Film, Creative Media, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Portfolio, personal TikTok account, school projects, or freelance work related to video creation is an added advantage.
  • Creative thinker with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Minimum 3 months internship duration.
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week.

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
