Kerja Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di Hardex Corporation Pahang - Maukerja

Responsibilities:-

1. Specialized clerical work in coordinating functions maintenance of vehicles, grounds maintenance equipment, and procurement of equipment and supplies for the Maintenance Department.

2. Gather, input, retrieve and maintain maintenance information in both computer and manual systems.

3. Provide general clerical work to assure the smooth operation of the Maintenance Department.

4. General clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and ordering of parts and supplies as directed.

5. Develop and issue computer reports as requested.

6. Prepare all purchase requisitions, coordinate and expedite approvals as required.

7. Review documents for sufficiency and maintaining any necessary follow-up.

8. Maintain all files and inventory records of all orders placed and received, including delivery time schedules.

9. Keep an up-to-date record of spare parts used so that minimum stock levels are maintained.

10. To ensure that maintenance work is carry out accordance to SHE requirement.

Requirements:-

1. Two years’ experience in maintenance, or any equivalent sector.

2. Must be able to take direction / supervision and work cooperatively with others

3. Ability to perform general office work.

4. Good communication skills.

5. Ability to use computer and related software programs to accomplish assigned tasks

6. Knowledge of office practices and procedures.

7. Skill in typing statistical tabulations accurately.

8. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

9. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

10. Ability to maintain complex records and to assemble and organize data.

11. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is advantageous.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
