Job Justification & Responsibilities
- Move inventory and materials across facilities.
- Process inventory for Territory Sales Agents.
- Sort, organize (FIFO system), and store inventory in the proper locations.
- Conduct daily stock counts after loading for Territory Sales Agents.
- Report any damaged, missing, or inventory variances immediately to the supervisor.
- Wear safety gear at all times during working hours.
- Monitor and record the temperature of the cold room and chilled truck.
- Conduct periodic audits of company facilities in accordance with Hong Bee & Fonterra Health & Safety requirements (including building, fire equipment, forklift, cold room, chilled truck, and other equipment).
- Ensure the workspace is clean, free of debris, and all safety hazards in aisles are removed.
- Work collaboratively as an active team member to achieve team goals.
- Prepare documentation and inventory records for audits.
Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum Qualification
- Minimum SPM or equivalent and above.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Specialization
- Familiar with inventory management and able to input/upload data into company systems.
- Able to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts for moving and storing inventory.
Other Key Skills & Requirements
- Possess valid license or certification required to operate heavy machinery (if applicable by law/state requirement).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor inventory quality.
- Highly organized with good space utilization and storage efficiency.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
