Location: KSL Mall, Johor Bahru

Working Hours: 7.5 hours /day (shifts), 6 days a week

About Us :

KNIX & KNOX is a modern perfume boutique that specializes in custom-made and inspired scents.

We help customers create their own unique fragrances or choose from our exclusive collection-perfect as a personal treat or thoughtful gift.

Your Role as Sales Assistant

As part of our team, you'll help customers discover their perfect scent while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:

- Sell and promote perfumes to meet sales goals

- Offer personalized fragrance recommendations

- Stay updated on perfume trends and ingredients

- Handle customer questions and feedback professionally

- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

What We’re Looking For:

- Great at sales and closing deals

- Friendly and helpful with strong customer service skills

- Confident in product knowledge (Will be trained)

- Good communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience in perfume or luxury retail

- Basic marketing or visual merchandising skills

- Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities

- Awareness of fragrance trends
