This role is a good starting point to enter a manufacturing/MNC environment. You’ll get exposure to how operations work and build strong coordination and documentation skills, which can lead to career progression in any roles in operations, logistics, or planning in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organise important company documents (PO, DO, reports, technical drawings)
• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Track document versions and maintain proper records
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify information
• Assist in preparing documents for submission to customers or internal use
• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic Microsoft Excel & Word skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Responsible and able to handle repetitive tasks carefully

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
