Kerja Sepenuh Masa Process Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di ERS Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Responsibility:

1. Develop programme for manufacturing process.

2. Instruct and directs for first buy off of customize part.

3. Defines and recommends equipment, methods, processes, and materials changes in accordance with recommendations from conducted analysis.

4. Prepare document related for every order; Bill of Material for both in excel and in MRP system, Checking Sheet and drawing (if needed).

5. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output

6. Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the production line

7. Determines manufacturing costs for quoting of new products through estimation of standard hours needed to perform operations.

8. Instructs supervision and process specialists on efficient operating procedures for new/existing products Designs, defines and plans the manufacturing process.

9. Review the KPI monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations

10. Work closely with the staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.

11. Optimize current processes to meet all customer and internal requirements.

12. Recommend new ideas and techniques to ensure project success.

13. Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.

14. Analyze and troubleshoot process problems so as to make continuous and permanent improvements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
• Have experience on laser cut machine.
• Experience : Previous experience as a Process Engineer or a similar role & 1+ years’ experience in mechanical design
• Skills (if required) : In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or any 2D 3D CAD software.
• Experience and knowledge on FMEA, DFM, NPI
• Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and problem solve effectively.
• Required language(s) English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Motivated, and able to work independently with good teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
