Job Overview

Ariyes Online is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in software sales, particularly in Odoo ERP solutions . The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of ERP needs across various industries and a proven track record in ERP sales in Malaysia . This is a full-time position at our Cyberjaya office , with client visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive Odoo ERP sales in Malaysia.
Identify and engage potential clients across different industries.
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations .
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business .
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets .
Work closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, particularly ERP sales in Malaysia .
Strong understanding of different industries’ ERP requirements .
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close high-value deals .
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
