Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and online platforms
Assist customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and product information
Provide professional and friendly customer support
Follow up on customer issues and ensure proper resolution
Coordinate with retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams regarding customer orders
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Update customer order status and tracking information when needed
Maintain proper communication records and reports
Support daily customer service and operational tasks assigned by management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality
Basic computer and social media knowledge
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
