About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our administrative team at Rider Hub Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time internship opportunity will provide valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment, supporting our dedicated team with a range of administrative duties.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document organization

2. Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements

3. Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

4. Performing various clerical tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the office

5. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective office operations

What we're looking for

1. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Experience in an administrative or office support role would be highly advantageous

5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work

6. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
