Responsibilities
Manage overall human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures
Handle staff attendance, leave management, disciplinary matters, and performance evaluations
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development
Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor regulations
Coordinate staff training, development programs, and employee engagement activities
Maintain employee records, confidential documents, and HR reports
Handle conflict resolution and provide HR guidance to employees and management
Monitor workplace culture, employee welfare, and overall staff performance
Work closely with department heads to support business operations and staffing needs
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
Responsible, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Experience in retail or fashion industry is an advantage
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience preferred
