Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure product quality complies with company standards and customer requirements
• Perform quality inspections, testing, and verification of products and processes
• Prepare, maintain, and control quality documentation, records, and reports
• Investigate non-conformance issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implementation
• Support internal audits, external audits, and certification activities
• Coordinate with production and relevant departments to improve product quality and process efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancement projects

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in QA/QC or manufacturing environment (rubber glove industry experience is preferred)
• Knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, and audit requirements will be an added advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
