Tanggungjawab

  1. Ensure all the master asset listing is updated monthly, conduct monthly and quarterly stock take for the company asset.

  2. Scheduling appointments, booking rooms, and organizing meetings/events.

  3. Answering, screening, and directing phone calls; managing emails and mails.

  4. Preparing reports, memos, and presentations.

  5. Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, databases, and contact lists.

  6. Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  7. Greeting clients and visitors, acting as a main point of contact.

  8. Basic Bookkeeoing: Processing invoices, expense reports.

  9. Manage billings before due date with zero late penalties.

  10. Office maintenance: ensure sufficient office supplies and ensure timely maintenance for office's appliances (electrical, lights, water, pool, furniture, cleaning).

  11. Executive festive decoration setup in both office and clubhouse.

  12. Manage office errand.
