Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warranty - Technical Support, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Hitachi Construction Machinery (Malaysia) Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

1) Warranty Control

• Handling Field Information Report (FIR), G-Claim system
• Check both report whether the information is correct
• Internal Judgement for Warranty claim
• Promote PIP (Mandatory Modification)"

2) Technical Support

• Assist all branches to Trouble shoot
• Manage FOC Parts from factory

3) Monitoring

• The progress of PIP (Mandatory Modification)
• Inventory maintenance
• Pre-Delivery Information
• Machine registration
• Ensure Warranty submission within 30 days from job completion and warranty rejection below 10%
• Documentation record (Warranty Related)-Yearly Basis
• Bio diesel compilation (Monthly)
• Sattelite Orbcomm monthly registration & renew
• Warranty WIP

4) Assist for Training Planning in Peninsular and Singapore for external and internal.

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree holder
• At least 2 years of working experiences
• Experiences in automobile or Heavy Machinery industry
• Computer literate, technical experience, etc.
• Able to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
