Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of candidates.
• Collaborate closely with HODs and Management to understand manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting activities.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and assessments to ensure quality hiring.
• Ensure vacancies are filled within targeted hiring timelines and recruitment KPI.
• Prepare job descriptions, employment offers, and hiring documentation.
• Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate database, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding process to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain quality talent.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or manpower planning.
• Experience handling mass hiring and managerial positions is an added advantage.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of employment practices and recruitment channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.

Working Hours:

• 9am until 6pm.
• Monday till Friday (depend on state government), public holiday follow government calendar.
