Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate closely with HODs and Management to understand manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting activities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and assessments to ensure quality hiring.
- Ensure vacancies are filled within targeted hiring timelines and recruitment KPI.
- Prepare job descriptions, employment offers, and hiring documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment records, candidate database, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate onboarding process to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain quality talent.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or manpower planning.
- Experience handling mass hiring and managerial positions is an added advantage.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of employment practices and recruitment channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms.
Working Hours:
- 9am until 6pm.
- Monday till Friday (depend on state government), public holiday follow government calendar.
