Job Requirements

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations
• Arrange delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment of goods
• Communicate with transporters, suppliers, customers, and warehouse teams
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders, and reports
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records
• Resolve delivery and transportation issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations
• Monitor logistics costs and support operational improvements

Academic Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of shipping and transportation procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of logistics operations and inventory management

Experience Required

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations is an advantage
• Experience in shipment coordination and transportation management is preferred

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
