Job Description

Responsibilities

(A) Job Requirements

1.    Candidate should possess min LCCI Higher / Diploma / ACCA / Degree in Accounting or its equivalent,

2.    Min. 3~5 years working experience in handling company full set accounts and some experience on e-invoicing/ GST/KWSP/Tax submission,

3.    Good computer literate and familiar with Autocount accounting operating software.

(B) Job Responsibilities

1.  Good leadership and working attitude to lead and delegate teams to perform daily accounting and operations activities.

2.  Perform month-end account closing activities and reports, such as account receivable, account payable and account profit and loss balance sheet to management,

3.  Delegate team to performance monthly bank reconciliation, supplier payments and debtor statements,

4.  Delegate team to prepare sales aging list and review with sales team or customer on outlets payment issue.

5.  Handling on monthly salary and salesman incentive & claims.

6.  Prepared full set year end accounting report, liaise with auditors on account auditing activities and tax submission.
