Tanggungjawab

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hardworking team member to assist with online orders, packing, stock arrangement, and daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, neat, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Order Processing

  • Prepare and process customer orders from website and marketplace platforms.
  • Print order slips and shipping labels.
  • Ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
  • Check customer details before dispatch.

Packing & Fulfilment

  • Pack products neatly according to company standards.
  • Ensure parcels are complete and in good condition before shipping.
  • Assist in preparing promotional gifts, launch packages, and special campaign orders.

Stock & Warehouse Management

  • Arrange and organize stock neatly in designated areas.
  • Perform stock counting and inventory checks.
  • Assist in stock receiving and stock transfers.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Report low stock or stock discrepancies to the supervisor.

General Operations Support

  • Assist team members during product launches and sales campaigns.
  • Support warehouse and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain accuracy in daily work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No experience required (training will be provided).
  • Experience in warehouse, packing, retail, or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
