Responsible for managing electrical systems, maintenance activities, and technical operations to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant facilities.

• Plan, supervise, and monitor electrical maintenance and improvement works.

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment.

• Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and performance assessments of electrical installations.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and service providers on maintenance and project activities.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and electrical documentation.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and project updates.

• Ensure compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.

• Support facility improvement projects, energy-saving initiatives, and asset management programs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

• Possess a valid Graduate Engineer (GE) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration with BEM.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Construction, or related industries.

• Knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, transformers, switchboards, UPS, and building services.

• Familiar with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements and relevant Malaysian standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

• Experience in Facilities Management (FM) or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).

• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

• Experience in managing contractors and maintenance projects.
