We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting management, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and manage procurement requirements.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in employee onboarding, attendance monitoring, and HR-related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support management with special projects and other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
