The Junior Account Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role involves preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and providing support for financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling daily accounting and finance transactions.
• Prepare payment planning and process online payments.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers or suppliers when required.
• Reconcile bank statements weekly basis.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support treasury and cash flow monitoring activities.
• Assist during audit and provide supporting documents when requested.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by management.
• Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree in accounting or finance.
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, internship, or coursework in accounting is preferred.
• FRESH GRADUATED ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the finance field

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
