About the Role We are looking for a QA Microbiologist to support our dual operations: Laboratory and Manufacturing. In this role, your primary focus will be conducting hands-on laboratory testing, while dedicating a portion of your time to reviewing quality documentation and issuing final product certificates.

What You Will Do

• Laboratory Testing: Conduct routine microbiology tests and physical/chemical assays.

• Lab Operations: Perform general analytical testing as needed, prepare media, keep laboratory records updated, and manage sample retention records.

• Production Oversight: Monitor the production floor to ensure GMP guidelines are followed during manufacturing and packaging.

• Quality Documentation: Support the manufacturing side by reviewing batch records and ensuring production aligns with GMP & ISO standards.

• Product Release: Compile lab results to generate and issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

• Regulatory Support: Prepare supporting QA documents required for new and existing product registrations.

• Promote a quality mindset across the team, with other duties assigned as necessary.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in a laboratory, specifically with microbiological culturing and basic analytical testing.

• A basic understanding of GMP or quality assurance documentation.

• Good organizational skills to comfortably balance lab benchwork with desk-based documentation tasks.
