Job Description
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee information in HR systems and databases.
Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
Support employer branding activities, including:
Career fairs
Campus recruitment events
Social media or digital recruitment campaigns
Assist in interview coordination and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and other HR records.
Provide logistical and administrative support for all recruitment and HR activities.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR or management team.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum CGPA: 3.70.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Eager to learn HR practices, recruitment processes, and Malaysian labour laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
